Terms of Service

These terms govern access to LeadManthan’s website, early-access pilot and business workspace.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using LeadManthan, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business identified in the workspace and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for legitimate business use by adults.

2. Early-access service

LeadManthan is offered as an early-access sales follow-up platform. Features, integrations and capacity may change as the service develops. A pilot should begin with an agreed project, controlled lead cohort, operating limits and success criteria. Access to a feature does not mean it is approved for every customer, provider, jurisdiction or outreach use case.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy and lawful collection of project, team and lead information you provide;
  • obtaining and recording any consent or other authority required for calls, messages, email and recordings;
  • respecting recipient preferences, do-not-contact requests, calling hours and applicable telecom rules;
  • reviewing project facts before allowing the AI to communicate sensitive commercial information;
  • keeping accounts and provider credentials secure and assigning access only to authorised users; and
  • reviewing AI output and maintaining appropriate human oversight for negotiations and commitments.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing or unsolicited outreach; to impersonate another person; to bypass consent or suppression controls; to upload malware; to probe another customer's data; or to interfere with platform security or availability. We may pause activity that presents a security, legal, provider or recipient-safety risk.

5. Subscription and provider usage

The advertised subscription covers the LeadManthan workspace features described on the pricing page. Calling, AI, WhatsApp, email and other connected-provider charges are separate. References to unlimited lead or project records remain subject to reasonable-use, technical-capacity, storage, safety and pilot limits. Applicable fees, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms should be confirmed in the customer order or pilot agreement.

6. Customer content and project knowledge

You retain responsibility for content and data submitted to your workspace. You grant the service permission to process that content only to operate, secure and support the configured workflows. Extracted project facts may contain errors and must be reviewed by an authorised person before use. LeadManthan does not provide legal, financial, property-title or investment advice.

7. Availability and third-party services

The platform depends on internet, hosting and customer-selected providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular connection or delivery rate, or that every lead will respond or convert. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or suspend their APIs independently.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party should protect non-public business information using reasonable safeguards and use it only for the agreed service. Additional data-processing, security, retention or incident terms may be documented in a pilot or customer agreement. Our Privacy Policy provides further information.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service subject to the applicable order or pilot agreement. We may restrict or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, unsafe outreach, provider complaints, security threats or legal requirements. Data return and deletion should be agreed before production use and remain subject to backup and legal-retention constraints.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an availability basis without a guarantee of sales, conversion, error-free AI output or uninterrupted provider performance. Any warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law and dispute process applicable to a paid engagement must be stated in the signed customer order or pilot agreement.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through our contact page.
